REGISTRATION PROCEDURE FOR 2022/2023 SESSION (NEW STUDENTS)

Jambite (National Diploma) Registration Procedures

• Whether you received admission alert from JAMB or not, log in to your CAPS profile to check your admission status.
• If you are admitted, accept the admission offer and print out your JAMB admission letter. It costs 1000 Naira on JAMB portal.
• Proceed to the student portal studentportal.fss-oyo.edu.ng. Log in with your application no as user name amd your surname as your password. You will be prompted to change the password. Change to a convinient password.
• After successful log in, update your profile if necessary
• Payment of Acceptance Fee. Click payment at the left tab then select Acceptance Fee (sum of 20,000 naira).You will be redirected to remita platform to complete the payment.
• After successful acceptance fee payment, you can now print out your school admission letter by selecting the REPORT tab and then SCHOOL admission letter

Other New Student Registration Procedures

• Proceed to the student portal studentportal.fss-oyo.edu.ng. Log in with your application no. as user name amd your surname as your password. You will be prompted to change the password. Change it to a convinient password.
  Note. If your application no. is not found, it may be that you have not got admission. Contact the admission office to find out why you have got admission.
• After successful log in, update your profile if necessary

• After successful acceptance fee payment, you can now print out your school admission letter by selecting the REPORT tab and then SCHOOL admission letter

DOCUMENTS FOR SCREENING

1. NATIONAL DIPLOMA (ND) CANDIDATES

National Diploma (ND) candidates should come to the Admissions and Records Office with the following documents (Originals and Photocopies):

i. O/Level result(s) uploaded on JAMB portal

ii. UTME result slip

iii. JAMB Registration slip

iv. JAMB admission letter (Institution Copy)

v. Federal School of Surveying Post-UTME Screening Form

vi. Federal School of Surveying Acceptance letter with payment receipt

vii. Birth Certificate

viii. State of origin certificate

ix. Passport Photographs (4 copies)

x. NIN Registration slip

HIGHER NATIONAL DIPLOMA (HND) CANDIDATES

Higher National Diploma (HND) candidates should come to the Admissions and Records Office with the following documents (Originals and Photocopies):

i. Federal School of Surveying Admission form

ii. Federal School of Surveying Acceptance letter with payment receipt

iii. O/Level Certificate(s)

iv. ND Certificates

v. Letter of One or two-year Industrial Training as applicable

vi. Birth certificate

vii. State of origin certificate

viii. Passport photographs (4 copies)

ix. NIN Registration slip

x. Academic transcript to be forwarded by the candidate’s institution to the Registrar, Federal School of Surveying, Oyo

PRE-PROFESSIONAL DIPLOMA (PPD), PROFESSIONAL DIPLOMA (PD) and POST GRADUATE DIPLOMA CANDIDATES

Pre-Professional Diploma (PPD), Professional Diploma (PD) and Post Graduate Diploma (PGD) candidates should come to the Admissions and Records Office with the following documents (Originals and Photocopies):

i. Federal School of Surveying Admission form

ii. Federal School of Surveying Acceptance letter with payment receipt

iii. O/Level Certificate(s)

iv. ND/HND/B.Sc. Certificates

v. NYSC Discharge/Exemption/Exclusion Certificate

vi. Birth certificate

vii. State of origin certificate

viii. Passport photographs (4 copies)

ix. NIN Registration slip
